This 12 Year-Old Single Cask Release, matured in a Bourbon Cask, was specially selected by Head of Maturation, Paddy Foley and has been exclusively bottled by Dingle Distillery. As no two casks are the same, every Single Cask Whiskey from Dingle Distillery is a unique and singular expression which can never be replicated. The Bourbon Cask influences this Single Malt Irish Whiskey's aroma, character and above all, taste, during the maturation process. 

All Dingle Whiskey is distilled, matured and bottled by Dingle Distillery, County Kerry, Ireland.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Vanilla pod and caramel at the forefront, layered with fruit cake, toasted oak, and hints of ripe orchard fruit.

Palette: There is Caramelised fruit with oak spices with malt and creamy vanilla evident throughout.

Finish: Long finish that leads with cinnamon and clove that slowly unfolds with hints of citrus and coconut.
